Our MOQ is flexible and scales with the product, material and level of customization. Tell us your target quantity and timeline and we will quote a workable minimum. Mixed-SKU orders are accepted in one shipment. OEM and private label programmes may need higher quantities.
Yes. New buyers can order typically 3–10 pieces per SKU at the standard unit price plus a handling fee. See the sample ordering guide.
Standard catalogue products take 30–45 working days from the 30% deposit and confirmed purchase order. Custom OEM orders with new moulds, weave patterns or materials take 45–60 working days. Sea freight to Europe adds about 28–35 days.
30% deposit when the order is confirmed and 70% balance before shipment, before the Bill of Lading is released. Bank transfer (T/T) is preferred and Letter of Credit is available.
Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, fumigation certificate on request, Lacey Act declaration for US shipments, and EUDR due diligence documentation for EU importers. Details are on our certifications and quality standards page.
